Privacy & relationship
Your daily check-in answers never leave your phone for anyone to see. Coaches, clubs and parents never see how you slept, how sore you are, or your stress. The one exception is your coach's AI replies: if you allow them, today's sleep, soreness and stress go with your message so the reply fits your day (see "When you talk to Coach Kai").
Once you join a team or link a parent, ARC stores a summary of each day on its servers (app version 1.7 and later; earlier versions store it from the start): whether you checked in, what you logged, your challenge scores, and a one-word description of how you are carrying your week (like "Fresh" or "Fatigued") and, in app version 1.7 and later, the word for how ready you said you feel that day (like "Steady" or "Sharp"), never your readiness number.
You choose who sees that summary. A coach sees it only after you join their team with a code, and only from the day you join. A parent sees it only after you give them a code from the app, and never sees your one-word state (from app version 1.7 they do see your readiness word, never the number), or your playing time and how hard a match felt.
