Your recruiting record

The relevant picture, in one place.

A record the player owns across clubs, built from the information useful to a recruiting conversation.

Club-backed experience

Club and team, coach-confirmed seasons, positions and match records. Written evaluations and references add the coach’s perspective.

Film and where to watch

Bring video, a highlights reel and upcoming events into the profile. Team QR links help college coaches find participating players at events.

Academics and context

Include academics, playing status and coach-recorded physical testing. Recorded numbers identify their source.

Shared on your terms

Your choice. Parent involvement.

You choose what your profile shows. Under 18, a linked parent gives one OK for the sections your links may show and can end a link.

Read the exact current sharing policy

The following wording is copied from the current published Privacy Policy.

Your Passport is your own record for college coaches. You choose what it shows, and you share it on links you make. Under 18, a linked parent gives one OK for which sections your links may show. Links you make then open at once within that OK, and your parent is told about each one straight away and can end it.

Share a recruiting profile

College coaches can open the shared profile without creating an account. The player selects what the link shows.

The policy sets out the additional approval rules for photos, Contact and sections outside the parent’s OK.

Keep development private

Check-ins, readiness, health information, private Kai/Mira conversations and Challenges are outside the recruiting record.

More than a profile

Consider the fit. Start the conversation.

Search by family priorities

Explore schools using priorities such as distance from home, majors, size and published costs. Build a shortlist for your next conversations.

School facts support your research; they do not predict admission or recruiting chances.

Write from your own email

Start with a fixed introduction template, edit it, and open it in your own email app. You decide what to send.

ARC does not contact a college. See the current policy for under-18 sharing and parent involvement.
